Who are the Holiday Houses for?
The ocean at Mornington Peninsula
Villa Maria has three wheelchair accessible self-contained houses on the Mornington Peninsula; the Beach House and Nepean House in Rosebud and Conamara in Rye. These houses are available to Carers living in the Eastern Melbourne Region (EMR) and their families to use. The houses are also made available to aged and disability groups for holidays and respite breaks.
What do the Holiday Houses provide?
The Beach House sleeps up to six people in five bedrooms. It has two bathrooms (one wheelchair accessible), garden area, BBQ, beach frontage and close proximity to shops, hotels and cinemas.
Nepean House sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. It has one bathroom (wheelchair accessible) and access to beach and close proximity to shops, hotels and cinemas.
Conamara is situated in a residential area and it holds up to 16 people in five bedrooms. It has three bathrooms (two are wheelchair accessible), Billiard and Table tennis tables, dishwasher, and fenced garden area.

What is the cost of hiring a Holiday House?
Nepean House and the Beach House are available at a cost of $100 per night; Conamara is available at $120 per night. Financial assistance may be available to Carers living in the EMR, through Villa Maria Carer Services.
