Admissions are offered to concessional and non-concessional persons.
Admission to Villa Maria's facilities are taken from our priority waiting lists as per Villa Maria policies and procedures. Residential Agreements follow guidelines set down in legislation.
Clients who require ongoing nursing care as well as assistance with meals, laundry cleaning and personal care require high care admissions.
Where can I access High Level Nursing Home Care?
Villa Maria has four aged residential care sites located at Berwick, Bundoora, Prahran and Wantirna. A Centre Manager manages the facilities and a Unit Manager coordinates the clinical care. There are registered nurses on duty 24 hours every day in all high care facilities. We have full time Activities Coordinators who oversee all resident lifestyle activities, supported by a very generous group of volunteers.
Residents from all nationalities and denominations are welcome. We have regular church services at each facility and pastoral care support is available by referral.
