People with a disability have special needs that must be met. Villa Maria's services for people with a disability meet these needs across the whole continuum of life. Villa Maria offers the following services for people with a disability:

• Shared Supported Accommodation;
• Disability Support;
• Disability Respite;
• Mature Choices Program;
• Individual Support Program;
• Adult Day Programs - Gateway Kew, Mount Waverley and Wantirna;
• Education - St. Paul's College, incorporating My Future, My Choice Project; and
• Support Services.
