Employment

Villa Maria is a unique organisation.  In a world obsessed with growth and financial outcomes, Villa Maria supports people in their search for physical, emotional, social and spiritual freedom.  Our recent staff satisfaction surveys showed Villa Maria to be amongst the best organisations in the world in staff understanding and support for our vision, mission and values.

It is only through the talent, passion and capabilities of our staff that we are able to provide quality care and services to our communities. All staff at Villa Maria have an equally important role to play - whether it be as a nurse, direct carer, cleaner, cook, residential care worker, disability instructor or the Chief Executive Officer. Each day or night that our staff members arrive for work, they make a difference to the quality of life for others. Care, compassion, dedication and generosity is ever present in our staff and volunteers.

Villa Maria is committed to staff development, promoting diversity and creating fun, healthy and productive work environments for all staff. All staff members are encouraged to participate in all aspects of working life and to question and challenge the status quo in order to deliver improved outcomes for clients.
