Villa Maria recognised as one of the state's best employers in 2009 and 2010.

Villa Maria was one of 16 employers recognised by the Victorian Government at the Fair and Flexible Employer Recognition award ceremony on Tuesday 23 June 2009.  On June 23 2010 Villa Maria won the prestigious award for the second year in a row and was one of 20 Victorian organisations to take out the award, and one of only seven to be recognised in both 2009 and 2010.

The awards are designed to recognise employers who have developed and implemented innovative programs that lead the way when it comes to providing a healthy work and life balance for their employees.
