Villa Maria Disability Services and Aged Care

care without boundaries...

Volunteering

Volunteers have always played a vital role in Villa Maria's unique work, and over the years thousands of people have contributed their time and skills to enhance the lives of our clients. Now more than ever, Villa Maria is a great place to volunteer, as we have a huge variety of opportunities and many locations. This may be one reason why we have more than 300 volunteers, some of whom have been with us for over 10 years!

Our workforce of paid staff and volunteers is united by a commitment to support each and every client as an individual, on every level. Every person in this powerful workforce contributes greatly, bringing many unique strengths, skills and interests, and helping to make our important goals possible.

Whether your role is visiting a person in an aged care residence, helping with activities at a disability service, or working on a fundraising or administrative project, you can rest assured that your work is essential in helping enrich the quality of services to our clients.

At Villa Maria we know that your work needs to be meaningful, challenging and rewarding. You need to feel that your work makes a difference, that you are appreciated, and that you are both using and developing your skills. To this end, we strive to make sure that the right people are in the right jobs, by matching your skills, interests, and goals with the vacancies we have available.
